rage after a microaggression

Deep breaths are a luxury that isn’t always accessible to every-body,
especially when trauma is pronounced “micro” aggression:
So please remember:
I bless you in your rage
I bless you in the chaos that comes
When your boundaries are crossed
And your love is dashed to the ground
For the chuckle of another
And for the ego that comes to steal, kill and destroy
I bless your rage
I bless your anger
I bless you enough to find your way home to yourself
To know that you have the power to name yourself for yourself
To know that there is life beyond, with, and through pain and anger
