While some traditionally rest from lenten practices on Sundays, for those who intend to write the full 46 days,

Today’s word for writing is “courage.

On pathways to collective flourishing, what courage is needed?
Whose courage in the past has enabled your being?
How do you tend your own courage – what feeds/inspires it?
In what circumstances doesn’t it feel hardest for you to find your courage?
What makes community so important for acts of courage?
What feels easy to you now but once took great courage?

Reflect. Meditate. Pay attention. Feel.
Then, write three lines of poetry.

May it be a prayer, a confession, an observation, a longing, a release, or a sensation – whatever is needing your tending today.

Collective contributions will remain open until tomorrow morning. Come back to view previous days contributions anytime here.
